To activate the repair procedure, please follow the instructions below.
✅ If you would like us to arrange the pickup via BRT courier
Kindly provide us with:
- Photos of the coffee machine, so we can verify its overall condition.
- A photo of the silver label showing the machine’s serial number.
- Proper packaging of the coffee machine to ensure safe transport.
- The pickup address and a contact phone number for the courier.
Once we receive all the required information, we will arrange the pickup via BRT courier.
Shipping costs:
Transport costs are borne by the customer. The service fee is €20.00, payable via:
- Bank transfer (we will provide our bank details)
- Cash on delivery
- PayPal (through a payment request sent directly by us)
Please let us know your preferred payment method.
✅ If you prefer to ship the machine independently
Please:
- Send us photos of the coffee machine to verify its condition.
- Send us a photo of the silver label with the serial number.
- Ship the properly packaged product to the following address:

Warranty
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and covers all mechanical and electrical components.
The warranty does not cover repairs resulting from:
- Improper use or use not in accordance with the instruction manual
- Limescale buildup or failure to perform regular descaling
- Operation with voltage different from that indicated
- Internal modifications carried out by unqualified personnel
- Damage caused by inadequate packaging during transport
Once the machine arrives at our facility, our technicians will inspect it and determine the issue.
If the problem falls under the above-mentioned cases considered out of warranty, the repair service will be chargeable.
