To activate the return procedure, please follow the instructions below.
Kindly provide us with:
- Photos of the coffee machine so we can verify its overall condition.
- A photo of the silver label showing the machine’s serial number.
- Careful and secure packaging of the coffee machine to ensure safe transport.
- The pickup address and a contact phone number for the courier.
Once we have received all the required information, we will arrange the pickup via BRT courier.
When the coffee machine arrives at our facility, would you prefer a refund or a replacement?
